Terms & Conditions:
Deposits: Wise Sons Deli (WSD) requires a 50% deposit on all events. Deposits are due upon receipt and must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event.
Confirmation of Event: WSD requires a valid credit card to confirm your order, a deposit and an executed contract, to secure the date and move forward with event planning. We will utilize this card for any adjustments and cancellation fees associated with the event.
Cancellation: Client will be charged the full amount of the event (100%), if the event is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date. If WSD is unable to cater the event or cancels this agreement for any reason, WSD will refund to the Client, any prepaid deposits in full.
Payment: Final payment, including any changes (guest count, menu items, additional staff time, etc.) incurred after receipt of the signed agreement, is due on or before the day of the event. WSD may charge the card on file for the final payment of the event. If paying by check, payment must be received two business days prior to the event. If WSD does not receive a check two days prior, WSD may charge the card on file for the full amount of the event (or, the balance, if a deposit was applied).
Guest Count: Final menu and guest count are due 10 business days prior to the event. If the number of guests drop substantially, WSD reserves the right to make a price adjustments. Guest count increases with less than 10 business days prior to the event may be subject to additional fees or increased pricing.
Amendments to Contract: Understanding that last minute changes can occur, WSD and Client may agree to amend the event details, and the final contract price, if changed, over the telephone or by e-mail.
