Hanukkah will be here before you know it and that means latkes. Lots of latkes! But frying potatoes is a thankless job — everything gets greasy, the smell lingers for days and clean up is a pain in the tuchas…
Never fear, Wise Sons Catering has you covered! From delicious house-made apple sauce and matzo ball soup to succulent braised brisket and our famous potato latkes, rest easy knowing that we can provide a delicious spread for you home, office or event:



Ordering in advance is the best way to guarantee availability, 48-hours notice is required for all catering requests (we will run out and can not accommodate same-day requests.) Complete the form below, or fill out an order form in any of our restaurants, to start the process!

NOTE: If requesting delivery include an address, point-of-contact, and enter one of the following 3-hour delivery windows in the “Start” and “End Time”: 9am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm or 5pm-8pm

  • REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

    Heating times may vary, depending on your oven.

  • LATKES

    Arrange on cooking sheet and bake uncovered @ 400° F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and season lightly with kosher salt.

  • MATZO BALL SOUP

    Pour broth in a pot over Medium-High heat until hot enough to serve. Remove Matzo Balls from brine and add to simmering pot of broth for 15 minutes until heated through.

  • TZIMMIS/ROASTED VEGETABLES

    Bake @ 400° F in uncovered pan for 15 minutes.

  • BRISKET

    Bake @ 400° F in aluminum foil covered pan for 20 minutes.
