Coming in with nearly 20 years of restaurant experience, Sean oversees the culinary operations at Wise Son's. He began his career in vocational high school in the greater Pittsburgh area. His experiences had led him to Denmark, Charleston SC, and now the Bay Area. Sean has a strong background as a fine-dining pastry chef and bread baker but has also worked for years as a savory chef.
