Kris has joined the team as Director of Field Operations overseeing strategic planning, and guiding Wise Sons into its next phase of growth. She comes with over a decade of food service experience specializing in technology and company operations. Using coaching and pace-setting management styles she provides department leads with recommendations to improve company success and culture. Kris hopes her collaborations with the Wise Sons team will improve company standards resulting in improved service, operations, and development.
